A federal judge in Wisconsin dealt the first legal blow to President Donald Trump’s revised travel ban on Friday, barring enforcement of the policy to deny U.S. entry to the wife and child of a Syrian refugee already granted asylum in the United States. The temporary restraining order, applies only to the family of the Syrian refugee, who brought the case anonymously to protect the identities of his wife and daughter still living in the wartorn Syrian city of Aleppo. But it represents the first of several challenges brought against Trump’s newly amended executive order, issued on march 6 and due to go in effect on march 16.

Yesterday morning the President Trump has signed the new travel ban, the drafting of a new executive order on immigration had been announced by the administration after the rejection by the Federal Court S.Francisco the first travel ban. U.S. President Donald Trump signed a revised executive order for a U.S. travel ban on Monday leaving Iraq off the list of targeted countries,  the order would take effect on March 16.U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions and U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly unveiled details of the revised executive order at a media briefing:”As threats to our security continue to evolve and change, common sense dictates that we continually re-evaluate and reassess the systems we rely upon to protect our country”, Tillerson said. Refugees who are “in transit” and already have been approved would be able to travel to the United States: “We are going to work closely to implement it and enforce it humanely, respectfully and with professionalism, but we will enforce the law”, Kelly said.

USA sees in this instability a possibility to drive the leading forces, and keep the leadership in Libya (in concurrence with Russia, and United Arab Emirates (UAE)).One of the most important risk of instability comes from the national concurrence. Haftar told that he will control Tripoli soon. Finally the rapport conclude that, it looks impossible to reach Libyan’s unity by force, only a political solution could. Trump administration need to push in this way, if it wants reach Lybian’s unity.
