The Libyan-Libyan dialogue could be come back after months of rupture between East and West Libya. On May, 2, Presidency Council head Faiez Serraj and the head of the Libya National Army, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar have met in Abu Dhabi. It is the first time they have do so since a meeting in Marj in January last year. This meeting is the results of pressures exercised on Haftar government by other States as Egypt, Arab Emirates or Russians, which urged Haftar to sit with his Libyan West counterpart. Last February, the meeting between both men, organized by the Cairo failed. However, no official statement results from the meeting.
