Urgent Palestinian meeting to stop Ain El Helwe clashes.

The Palestinian political forces at Ain el-Hilweh held an emergency meeting today at the headquarters of the Democratic Front for the Political Leadership of the National and Islamic Forces, following the dispute that took place yesterday evening at the entrance of the camp and developed into shooting which resulted in the death of Mahmoud al-Sayyed and Mohammed al-Jandawi.  The meeting condemned what happened “because of its negative repercussions on our people in the camp and the neighborhood” and agreed to “withdraw all militants, especially from the market area”.
