Russia, China and Pakistan met on 27 of December in Moscow, to discuss about security and also about the increasing of terroristic activities and attacks in Afghanistan by groups like IS. However there was no inclusion of Afghanistan in the meeting. The participants focused on the necessary to continue the efforts to assist the reconciliation process in the country and the promotion of peace but the Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmad Shekib Mostaghni said that the meeting without any representatives of Afghanistan does not make sense. It could be easily read like an interference in the national affairs.
