“Our reviews indicate that the detention and interrogation programme produced useful intelligence that helped the United States thwart attack plans, capture terrorists and save lives”. This is the speech which John Brennan, Cia Director, told after torture dossier publication by Us Senate Intelligence Committee on the earlier December.

The report, 524 pages, shocked international community while Americans’ opinion has still divided on it. It says that those kind of interrogation techniques were not effectual on inmates. Not only Cia executive, but psychologist were involved in practice like waterboarding until 2009. The purpose was only one: a prisoner’s mental mastering to obtain his admission. But the Senate document emphasizes how were not enough operative this enhanced interrogation techniques. James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen, military psychologists, assisted Cia for seven years and earned about 80 million dollars. As written in dossier, they have always supported shocked mental esperiment of 1960s and implemented during 2000s into Cia jails.

Waterboarding, fistes and kicks into stomach, men waken for several days, sexual abused: these are some kind of torture made by US military against people suspected of terrorism. On Nbc’s Meet the Press, former Us Vice-President Dick Cheney defence his action: “I haven’t remorse because torture to me … is an American citizen on his cell phone making a last call to his four young daughters shortly before he burns to death in the upper levels of the Trade Center in New York and George W. Bush knew everything because he approved those interrogation techniques”.

And not only United Stated should also be involved in the tortures. Also Uk Government is on trial by press because Blair and Brow’s Administrations should probably be known them. Like said by The Guardian, Uk Government Executives met some Us Senate Intelligence Committee member from 2009.
