The Legal Affairs Committee in the National Assembly rejected the Presidential veto on the anti-corruption law with ten pro votes. Justice Minister Stoyanov explained that most of the Parliament has a vision on the anti-corruption policy which differs from the Radev’s one. The President reacted saying that “there is indeed no political will for a real, comprehensive, and efficient struggle against corruption”.
