The teaching of Tamazigh will be expanded to a dozen new wilayas, while it will be strengthened in the other 38 where it already exists, announced Tuesday, the Minister of Education.
Speaking during the show The Guest of the editorial staff of channel 3 of the Algerian Radio, Ms. Nouria Benghebrit indicates that in anticipation of the next school year, the council also formulated a favorable response to the creation of about 300 new teaching positions.
In this regard, she wishes to emphasize that the political decision to give “the right place” to the Amazigh language exists, adding that it is up to the experts, scientists and academics to decide how to give place to different cultures.
