FTA set to start new era in Turkey-Pakistan economic ties.
Economic relations between Turkey and Pakistan will enter a new era with a ree trad agreement (FTA), expected to be signed this year. Ferhat Kavakli, Turkey’s commercial counsllor to Pakistan, stated that the cooperation could be increased by strengthening transportation networks and cutting tariffs. He added that there are good commercial and financial opportunities in Pakistan. Some of the most important Turkey’s companies actually practice a big business in Pakistan.
