East Libya army commits another killing of captives.
New violences linked to East Libya Army have been committed. A new disturbing video surfaced on social media on Sunday showing Dignity Operation serial killer Mahmud Al-Wirrfalli committing an extrajudicial murder of one of his captives. “Captives must be killed and the wounded must be killed too, I seek reward from Allah by doing this”, Al-Wirrfalli lsaid in his sermon. The murder scene is similar to ISIS executions, he approached his captive and shot him in the head three times at point-blank range, while his militiamen shouted “Allah Akabar”. Khalifa Haftar’s self-declared army is made up of different rogue groups and factions. On top are the notorious Sahawat (awakening) fighters and radical Salafist groups.
